This is how love should be. We’ve all been screwed over, but unless you have the courage and faith to throw your heart out there like that, knowing you could get screwed over again, there’s no way you’re ever gonna get to the real thing. I guess that’s where the broken road comes in.

”God”, this song reminds me a wretched relationship I had. But the contrary of meaning.. She always concealed her secrets and whims from me. I never would’ve figured out that behind such pretty stare there was actually a fake girl. Fake because she never told me that she was scarcely breaking with a boyfriend. So It resulted that she was only with me to attempt to forget him. Something she could not manage, after all. Seeing that as soon as I left her, they went back and set a new beginning.
@EscapeTheCaitx3 yea it really does. that’s why i don’t waste my time waiting to have what someone else has. and i stopped risking the LONG wait for trying to find true love or something real w/someone. there’s no point in waiting for something that will never come to me. i’ve waited a LONG time for it. and i don’t wanna be caught up in some fantasy about how it’ll all be perfect when ur true love comes and that it will happen 2 every1.

@heidi10174 I’m sorry it didn’t work out. I know what you mean. It sucks to go out and see other couples and wishing it could be you. And don’t be sorry for us. We were better off as friends. We still talk now and again, but it just wasn’t meant to be.
@EscapeTheCaitx3 i’m not in that situation right now. but i have b4. i lived in Arkansas and my bf lived in Missouri. i couldn’t stand the fact that i had a bf but i couldn’t see him very often so i broke up w/him. long distance relationships might work out 4 some people, but not 4 me at all. i can’t deal w/it.

@heidi10174 We texted each other every day. But we didn’t have long talks all the time. We didn’t always talk throughout the day. You need your space, ya know? We had a quick phone call before bed and a text in the morning. We seen each other like, once or twice a month. It was hard to see him all the time. He worked and I couldn’t drive. It was a tough relationship to keep up and we eventually broke up on mutual terms. But if you’re in this situation, I hope you can make it last <3
