Nice presentation!
Can you make a clean one?
Amazing.
@ThePaulrouget Paul great demos and a great direction what we will
except from HTML 5 and his possibilities.. really cannot wait to see the
Demos live especially the Graphic Acceleration Demo looks great.
Theres only 1 word to say : Respect.
great!
Any more information on how he did that graphics acceleration bit?
Simply wow
The code will be available soon, but not right now. Follow me @paulrouget
Totally Awesome Dude, any sample code ?
Phenomenal. Great technology, but more importantly a compelling and artistically beautiful demo that shocks and inspires! Is the source available?
Is the source to that presentation available somewhere?
Totally awesome! I can’t wait to see this stuff get standardized soon! I’ll have to start learning up as much as is available while I can!
That was a great demonstration.
If this is what we can conceive of now, what will people be doing in five years? Scary and awesome at the same time.
Not quite sure how we’ll wrangle all these technologies in an easy way, but I think the future is looking bright for the open web stack!
the web is going to change once again!
The way I describe this demo to everyone is as a long string of “…and one more thing” moments ala Steve Jobs, only with an awesome French accent
Passion is the best sales tool. Great demo!
@Ivotube92 Did you know that Google Chrome OS really exists? It is still being developed and it is indeed only a web browser.
How to get this?
@Ivotube92 Wait Internet Explorer OS is already there… It´s DOS with a new name and S-Ata support
But don´t think it support HDD bigger than 512 MB!!!
;D
Man i like how they use Google chrome browser in Mozilla presentation ;D 3:30
the next operating system will be GOOGLE CHROME OS, MOZILLA FIREFOX OS, SAFARI OS, OPERA OS, AND INTERNET EXPLORER OS. lol
i think that future operating system will be only web browser. the future on the web..
@oscarmvl
what does ”extrage” mean?
@millerxcrunning U guys are really dumb, Firefox 4 has a chrome like interface. Do some research instead of posting rubbish.
who put this gay porn on the internet?
@SiebeSniper
I saw it. There’s an extrage relationship between them, because when using Firefox google doesn’t prompt you to use Chrome..
@millerxcrunning
What the hell!? You’re right :O
fuck this KEEP THE INTERNET HOW IT IS!!! dont you people dare touch it
This model is the future. The current closed/gated/curated native App Stores are the Compuserve and Prodigy of our time, and Open Web Apps will certainly win at the end of the day. – Dan, @ApprTV on twitter
go mozilla!! i like mozilla and google.
mozilla is using chrome, haha!
Just when you thought javascript had absolutely no value, other than to spread spyware and slow down your browser with “advanced” effects no one ever asked for
I am sorry, but Javascript should not establish as “the” language of future. There are languages, better designed to fit into developing applications in an OOP style, such as C#, Java, C++, Python.
They are also much more performant and most of them support proper conventions like declaring types is required.
I can’t wait to figure out a way to pirate paid apps.
how is this different than bookmarks?
FARMVILLE!
Mozilla, I love you. But PLEASE do not use anything Zynga-related in your promotions. Since you’re for open standards, you shouldn’t be helping to spread their stolen, awful, closed crap around. Thanks.
Mozilla has just invented… OPERA WIDGETS!
LOL.
hahaha… chrome and firefox ftw
