How do I create a WebBrowser in Visual Basic 6.0 First open Visual Basic 6.0 Then select “Standard EXE” Right on the control panel on the left and have to select “Components ..” Scroll down and select “Microsoft Internet Controls”, click OK Resize your form to the desired size. Press the globe icon on the control panel on the left. Create a window in the form (again in desired size) Create a label and change the label “Address”, “URL” or what ever you named it like to be. Create a text box and replace the text inside with “” (optional) Create a button and change the caption to “Go!” or whatever you want it. Double-click on the button and type the following script WebBrowser1.Navigate Text1.Text Then you can test the application and see if it works.

All the problems are the becuz you are using the porteble edition -.-
Also if theMicrosoft Internet Controls are not found or you get an error then do this:
Start > Run > type in: regedit then go to the ta edit > search, then search this file: ieframe.dll when you find it you will need to remove this “1″ from “C:windowssystem32ieframe.dll1″

uninstall internet explorer
and then install it again
it will reinstall the missing file

If someone get’s the problem of the ieframe.dll download Internet Explorer 8 and restart your pc it will fix it i did that and its working now
how can you make your webbrowser auto aling? and the buttons to! because it comes out a little strange if you have it full screen :/

To get the .exe restart VB6 then open it up. Now do the reg. key and then accept everything then run and make your project, then go to File then make Project1.exe
