Nikon…plan to support it?
The most common mobile out there is the Galaxy S (not II) would be great when there would be support for it. I can understand that the hardware is to weak but maybe a lite version? Without lifeview but with an powerfull remoteshutter for timelapse etc…
cheers and great work so far!
Fantastic work. If you can add the ability to view images and step back and forth between them and delete the last image, it will be useful for stop motion animation when shooting outside.
can i request the Sony NEX FS100 to be included for future support? it’s not a dslr, but is intended to rival them, as a dedicated video camera, though. perhaps something like an MHL(mciro usb to HDMI) cable can be used, i don’t know. also, when support for recording straight to the tablet or phone is introduced, this app can serve as both a high quality monitor and an external hard drive! well worth the money. your work will be revolutionary!
@powermichiel he meant changing aperture doesn’t have much of an effect…
Please make iPhone/iPad Apps for this!!! I will pay you USD 50.00 right now for an apps that does simply just that with and iPad…is that a deal?
I am video equipment reseller and believe me, there are thousands of them wanting someone to do just this with iPhone/ iPad!!
That ‘thing’ does not look like an iPhone at all… Ehhhh… NUTS !
Lol… “It does not have any effect right now but it does work”…
Eh… Standard Samsung crap-talk ?
@andywise67 my also :S
I use my DSLR for video, how soon do you think you’ll have video functionality at an acceptable framerate (24-30) with your program? If you add this in, I’ll buy an Android tablet and your app instantly.
Genius. If only the evo is supported.
I guess the dislikes on this video is pure envy?
take that apple
Will this app work over HDMI to micro usb – (SGsII)?
tried the version 0.66 to connect to the tablet Aker a500 and canon 5d Mark 2 – button settings do not work, mirror on the camera is not released when disabling the program – so you can kill the camera. would do better show the finished picture on screen tablet
Would buy this if it were available for original Galaxy S with Gingerbread 2.3.4
Works great with my 60D and Iconia A500 tab. Can’t wait for the video mode. That is where I would really like to use this app.
MAKE ONE FOR NIKON PLEASE
Fantastic! Now I only need a Canon EOS and an Android Phone…
If the camera is plugged into the phone/tablet, can you still use the buttons on the camera?
@ChainfireXDA Thanks for the responses, well I got the microUSB cable lucky me, I’d been searching for days for an OTG cable for microUSB but can’t find one, any ideas where I can get one?
Htc wildfire S
Se xperia mini (pro)
SE xperia ray
which one should i take?
I’d love to see this working on my HTC desire. 7D owner
@Danzairox – Nonsense.
@restw1 – It depends. If you have an Android Tablet that has a full-size USB port (like the ones on your computer) you do NOT need a special cable. Devices with only microUSB ports need an OTG cable. A normal microUSB-USB cable will NOT work.
@restw1 wires are wires, just anything that will transport an electronic signal.
