I am looking to buy a DS and the DS web browser, but I do not know if thats all i need to look to the Internet at a public Wi-Fi Access Point. Do I have to do something else or is this all I need?

Yep =] Pretty much but if you were going to buy the web browser too which is like £30, I would buy a DSi – It has cool features such as a camera and internet app built in plus the DSi is like £129.99 from most stores!=]
