Question by Angus: How come when I download something with software update its faster than downloading with just Safari?
When I download a 35MB application using Software Update, it was faster than when I download a 17.6mb application with Safari. Why software is faster than downloading Updat with Safari? I was on the same broadband connection, at the same time.

The reason why this happens is because you were downloading the update from the Apple servers. Apple does not cap the bandwidth on their servers. Whatever you were downloading from the internet using the Safari web browser was probably from a website that is caping the total speed of your download. Keep in mind that some webpages may download faster than others and whatever you download from their websites may download faster than others. There is so many variables that play a role in the speed of your downloads.

How to download any file using opera mini not using mobile’s default browser?

I have Sony Ericsson phone with Airtel service. A few days before I was able to download any file in the Opera Mini browser, but now a days, when I click on any download link it will open the Sony Ericsson Standard Brower and invite you into her.

If you download Opera mini 5 you can download without this problem.

Every time in the past, I downloaded that new version of IE, My Favorites and Favorites bar went away.

You can turn them back on by right clicking the tool bar and putting a check next to favorites bar.

You can access your favorites by click on the star-shaped icon on the right side of the window.

How to download you tube videos in IE 8. whenever I open you tube videos the download option is not there.?

Question by : How to download you tube videos in IE 8. whenever I open you tube videos the download option is not there.?
I was using IE 6 used to be so when we open any videos to YouTube and place the cursor there, it will show an option, how to download this video. If we choose that video to be saved on my videos folder under My Documents. I am not able to load the same in IE 8 down.

i have internet download manager. Try that it lets you download any video or song from the internet and its a download accelerator so all your dls will be much faster. IE8 still not complete yet so just give it some time or use IE 7 until then.

I have a Dell mini-laptop. I am constantly struggling with lack of space. I have only had 20 MB of free space. but I had problems with Google Chrome Internet. I uninstalled Google Chorme, plan to reinstall it. But after I uninstalled it again, I only had 28MB of free space and not enough space to install. any ideas?

You need to delete things that you dont need, that is your only option
