that is, “what parts are edible and nutritous, which parts must be discarded. example celery can / should you eat the leaves and all? how much, if at all you should to the ground from? are generally on broccoli nutritous from? Kale? As you can see if a little too old that it no longer is nutritous.etc. I am looking for a book that I find this info.
