Go up to view-down to toolbars and down to customize, there you can drag and drop anything from your toolbars (such as home icon) into the box that comes up and it will remove it

Click start, then control panel, click add remove programs, click Set Program Access and Defaults (should be right hand column not in the list), then you should see “Choose default we browser” and click Mozilla Firefox.

I have to work for Mozilla Firefox almost a year, but recently it just stopped. It opens up any more. I tried to uninstall it, reboot the computer and then reinstall it, but that did not work. After trying that a few times, I deleted it from my computer because it can not be used, and sits down. Is there anyway I can get it to work again?

Yes there is

Delete the Firefox Installation directory located here, by default: C:\Program files\Mozilla Firefox

Delete the following directories. If you cannot see them you may have to enable viewing of hidden files and folders.

Windows 2000/XP: C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox
Windows Vista: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox
Windows Vista: The C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox folder (if it exists)
Windows XP/Vista: Delete all C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\FIREFOX* files

Now in Start->Run type %APPDATA% and press enter. Go into Mozilla folder and rename or delete the folder named firefox.

Now reinstall firefox and it should work.
