Why is my Internet Explorer window to reduce its own when I click on something on the screen?

I use Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Vista and, very often the screen or window suddenly reduced in the taskbar when I click a link or any other part of the window. It is very frustrating. Then the parasite attaches?

Probably a Java script, unless you click on the object on a page, then you have something very strange. You can disable the resizing of windows in the fire I know, I’m sure that somewhere in IE Tools Options-> Internet -> Advanced tab and there should be a box to disable
