Why is Internet Explorer not working on my computer but Safari is?

Question by cmo1975: Why is Internet Explorer not working on my computer but Safari is?
My computer can use the Internet with Safari, but not connect to the Internet Explorer Logo. I use Comcast cable for internet access. They came and checked the connection and it was good to her Ende.Ich Trend Micro use as my firewall and antivirus software.

    I use both Safari and Internet Explorer.
