Question by Ms. I.T.: Why do my all my Internet explorer windows close unexpectedly when I hit the X to close only one?
When I click the X to close a window, it locks all the windows are open I am. It says that Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and then start a new Explorer session. Any ideal why this suddenly?

uninstall explorer then reinstall it… that should solve your problem and if not then you can always use another browser like firefox
