What causes Internet Explorer to not respond to certain hours. ?

My team has detected a problem in which Internet Explorer is not responding well and should be restarted or shut down. When you restart again, it comes immediately. It happens at least once or twice a day and will not even my yahoo mail.

    It’s just IE being. You can try downloading the new version. It can solve the problem.
