Question by D. Banks: What increases my chances at the safari zone?
I have tried everything and nothing works. I have given enough bait to make throw up anything and throw enough mud to bury a pokemon, and the Safari Ball still not out of his head. Please help.

Bait = makes pokemon less likely to run but harder to catch.

Mud = makes pokemon more likely to run but easier to catch.

I don’t know if it’ll work for you (you could always try it to see), but I usually alternate between the items in the following pattern:

bait > ball > mud > ball > and so on… until I either catch it, it flees, or I run out of balls.

But no matter what you do it just comes down to luck.
