I want to block to another user access to specific websites of Mozilla Firefox and IE. Any suggestions?

For IE, to do this you will need to have administrator status. Go:
Tools >
Internet Options >
content >
parental controls > you take it from there.

I am unaware of any ways to do this in mozilla, but you could block total access to mozilla from IE, if it is your default browser.

    you can use NetDog : http://www.netdogsoft.com , it’s easy just add the websites to “Always blocked website list” in NetDogAdmin.exe, none will be able to open it
