it should have overwritten the old one. if not remove it through the add/remove programs and if ie8 doesnt work, un and reinstall it again.

you wont be able to delete it per se, ie8 will overwrite it. it works better regardless of all the anti-ms haters out there…
You don’t need to delete it. Just download the new one and it will remove the old one automatically. But to answer your question, no you don’t need the old one.
Once you install the new Explorer Windows will automatically erase 7, cause it doesn’t need it
when you install 8 it should uninstall 7 but you should get firefox its better google mozilla firefox
Yes you can, but I wouldn’t advise it because few websites are only compatible to run in Internet Explorer. If you want to remove it. Go to “Add or Remove Programs” then select “Turn on or off windows components” then uncheck Internet Explorer. If its not there, then sorry!
not exactly for the most part it will over write to the origianl folders for IE, but if you downloaded it for XP (it’s built in for vista) go to control panel add/remove programs and look for ie7
if not there try windows applications one of the 4 option boxes to the left side of the same box

no if you install E8 it will prompt you anyways to say that it need to uninstall E7 first, this will do it automatically so dont do anything, also installing E8 may have a file problem during installation and will tell you to download a certain file thats missing which it will tell you how to do anyways but if that doesnt then your all good to go but either its easy to do…

Your DSL have already deleted for you when you’re getting Internet Explorer 8, there is no need for you to delete Explorer 7. You on the other hand can’t delete Internet Explorer, this is a permanent fixture. And best of luck.
