Question by magnus: I’ve got low bandwidth limits on my internet service. Can I download a mobile browser to use on my PC?
I only have 2 gigabytes of download / upload with my internet service. I pass go, and I think it is because of the many video ads and other ads that load web pages. Could I designed a browser on a cell phone that would use much less bandwidth? If so, what?

Try Lynx, the old text-only browser that everyone was using circa 1992:

It’s available for free, it’s stable, and has been ported to Win-32.
