Question by Darise83: Is there a way to retrieve my old internet browser after someone has installed a new browser?
I have a Dell with Windows XP. I always use “Internet Explorer”. Last night a friend used my computer and installed “Firefox” without my permission. Is there any way to my old “Internet Explorer” call? I do not want to download the latest version, as I revise this version on my computer and I have nothing but problems with ihm. Also what is Firefox, and it is a safe and recommended browser?

Firefox is an excellent browser. I think Google Chrome is even better. If you want to go back to Microsoft IE, it is still on your computer. It is just not set as your default browser. Go to the menu and launch IE. Then go into options and set it as your default browser again. It may even ask you when it comes up if you would like to make it the default.
