Importing bookmarks from a browser to another?

Hello, I used Firefox so far, but now I use the Opera browser, but I keep my bookmarks in Firefox browser? How can I make?

    Go to the Favorites menu, then click Organize Favorites, click Import and select Backup and save the file.
