How to record a song that plays in the browser?

Is there a software that records all the sounds being played in the browser? If I want to record a song that plays in the browser and there is no option to download?

    I have a PC with an application called Sound Recorder. . Menu in the Start menu> Applications> Windows.Si you do not, then get this free program. It is great and use it often.
