Question by Lunatri: How to get sound on the Mozilla working again?
The sound on my computer and the Internet Explorer works, but suddenly today, the sound stopped working on Firefox and I have no idea warum.Ich went to control panel and checked internet options and everything seems ok to sein.Ich have the latest Firefox btw.Kann someone please help? None of this worked ..

its gonna be muted or no play back device go on control panel and go on the sound and check if it does not say NO Play back devices

Windows Vista volume mixer:
Open Firefox and visit a site that should play sound.
Click the volume icon in the Windows task bar.
Click Mixer. The Volume Mixer window will appear.
Make sure the Firefox slider isn’t at the bottom.

First of all you have to know that Internet options only works for Internet explorer.
Second the problem with your sound can be from your plugins not working properly. IE plugins are seperate than FF. You can try and check which plugins. Either flash or java. If either or both then uninstall the plugin then reinstall. If that does not resolve your problem then you might want to try reinstalling firefox.
