How to block chat programs such as browser-based chat in Google Gmail and Yahoo chat in yahoo mail?

I want to block all types of messengers like Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk and MSN Messenger, etc. At the same time, users are able to interact by opening your mailbox in the browser and from the web browser you are talking . How can I block all these messengers and chat programs? Is there a device for this job?

    Do you really want to block? If you did not want people talking about you, you can set your online status of Google and Yahoo chat. Just open your mailbox, waiting for the cat to load and off-line.
