Question by cricket: How rare is riolu in the safari zone in heart gold?
I think Safari Zone w / the right places and from 70 days old as the Web pages say it all for Riolu, shelgon (something) and I got a call saying that witnesses had changed, but I spend hours in the Safari Zone and can they never find. Is this normal? Or is something messed up?

you have to wait like 100 days for him.
and thats a long time, and you can use the clock trick anymore
