If it’s not in add remove, you can’t without A LOT of trouble and advanced experience. why not just use firefox and forget about IE?

Typically Internet Explorer can’t really be removed unless you go through the process of removing it manually (tedious) or through third party program.
It’s recommended you just leave it alone, as it IS integrated with your operating system, and completely removing it may break certain features (such as windows update)
If it’s imperative that you remove it, try googling how to remove it completely.

You cannot uninstall Internet Explorer. It isn’t a program. It’s a core Windows component. mshtml.dll, the core piece of Internet Explorer, can be used by any developer who wants it, and a lot of them do. Steam, for example, is really just a giant web browser- they switched to Chrome when they made the Mac version, but it used to be Internet Explorer. If you could uninstall Internet Explorer, all of those programs would crash.

your question is so general. what operating system are you using? if your using Microsoft windows 7 then its a default in the operating system. if you really want to remove it in windows 7 you need to be familiar with the Microsoft registry; from there you can delete the IE.

Internet Explorer is removed from the Windows Updates section of the Add/Remove Utility. It is NOT listed with the regular programs for removal.

IE 9 is new and still has bugs, best bet is to go back to IE 8. Go to Start…Control Panel…Programs and Features….Click “View installed”updates on the left…scroll down and un-install IE9 to resolve your problem.

    Cheers

You can’t uninstall IE since that’s your default Internet browser of your PC.

    Good luck!
