How Firefox use your existing installation of Flash?

Flash is already installed on my team, but Firefox does not communicate with him for some strange reason. I can not install flash, because, as I said is my team, so I need administrator rights to install Flash. So how can I run Firefox with Flash thats already been installed by the administrator? Thank you!
