How do I transfer my Internet Explorer favorites to a new computer?

I need to know how to save Internet Explorer favorites and transfer them to a new computer. I have many places soooo much, I really do not want to lose. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance!

The bookmarks are stored in C: Documents and Settings user name, then Favorites. You can right click on the folder and the zipper to keep on a USB flash drive or even send it by e-mail. On the new computer just unzip the file and copy the Favorites folder.

IE8 Open and go to Import and Export “command from the File menu in Internet Explorer on your old computer. Select” Export Favorites “and follow the instructions that let you save your bookmarks into a file. You can call this file that you want (former favorite team, be a good idea.) Save it somewhere where i can find it easily! Now somehow transfer this file to your new computer (USB or with the answer to another, or even put it on a burned CD). Now, open Internet Explorer on the new computer, click on “Import and Export” again and this time select “Import Favorites.” Just click that file old favorite team, and you can define hope That you were!
