How do i set my defualt internet browser?

Question by bulldogsrock08: How do i set my defualt internet browser?
My defualt web browser is set as AOL … So if I send mail from Hotmail, IM .. AOL pop up or anything, because that is my defualt browser …. So try to check as I can as my defualt regular Internet browser?

AOL isn’t a browser. It’s an ISP (internet service provider) that also gives you an email account (soandso@aol.com).

Web browsers are Internet Explorer (blue e), Firefox (orange fox around blue globe), Chrome (multi-colored ball with black center), Opera (red o), and Safari (clock).

Are you trying, perhaps, to set up your default email client?

    Launch Internet Explorer from the start menu and it should ask if you would like to make this your default browser. If not, check the browsers settings (internet options) and find the check box for default browser.

    Uninstall AOL Or Remove AOL From The Desktop And Put The Internet You Use On The Desktop
