I’ve tried IE Explorer 9 to get to work on my desktop, but it would not work … As it back back to IE 8 IE Explorer Explorer?

call your cable company get a new router or restart it

    Download IE explorer 8 from internet or install windows again.

    if your os is xp.
    go to start >programs >accessories >system tools > “system restore”

    open that and restore your program……
