Question by Michelle J: How do I remove Internet Explorer 7 and rollback to Internet Explorer 6?
With 4 toolbars above and 2 below, which can not be moved, is simply ridiculous. I mean, who in their right mind actually thought Favorites and Add Favorites actually need one, unmovable toolbar? I scroll up and down, consider only a single photo. I’ve had it with this program, please can someone tell me how you turn on Internet Explorer 6?

Just use Firefox, it’s way better.

You certainly can get rid of the favorites toolbar and any other toolbars that are taking up valuable space in your web browser.
View -> Toolbars -> uncheck any you don’t want to see
View -> Toolbars -> uncheck “Lock the toolbars” to be able to rearrange them
You should also uninstall any toolbars you don’t want.

You seriously need to learn how to configure IE7. It’s completely movable and modifiable. Or go with IE8 RC1, which is even better.
Or use Firefox, I don’t really care. They’re all better than IE6.
Go to control panel> add / remove programs Highlight ie7 and click uninstall. It will roll back to 6 automatically.
You can always hide those toolbars by going to view in the file menu’s and uncheck them.
When you install something look at each page as you are clicking “next” thats where they get your permission to install that crap. Just uncheck the checkmark
Firefox is much better due to its speed and enhanced ability with its addons(the best being downthemall addon which is lilked the most by me)….at least you may try it…
In your case I think you can uninstall the ie 7 and download ie 6 from the Microsoft website and install it….
