How do I open multiple instances of Google Chrome in separate windows?

When I am running Google Chrome, if I open a shortcut to a website on the desktop of Chrome opens another tab. Instead I want a separate instance of Chrome to run in a separate window. Every time I open a new shortcut that you want to open Chrome as a new instance in another window.

    just drag the tab to another part of the main window screen and chrome highlights that this is a separate window
