How do I install internet explorer without an internet connection?

I had a trojan virus which destroyed my ability to connect to the internet or our business network. I would like to install internet explorer onto the computer to see if this solves the problem but I have no internet connection. How can I do this?

MS Windows has included Internet Explorer since Windows 98 I believe. You should be able to just go back to your original Windows CD and repair the OS installation.

As for your Internet connectivity, this may be more of a function of your network driver and core OS features (TCP/IP for example). Reinstall your network drivers and ensure they are configured for your network. Your best option would be to involve your system administrator.
