How do I install Internet Explorer on my PlayStation 3?

I try to install Internet Explorer on my PS3 so I can get online (obviously). Anyway, for some reason I can not. I tried to burn a disk browser and download it that way, but I can not do. Does anyone know how I can do?

    do not install it, you must buy on the Internet will ask if you can get the Internet to bot. (Be careful if you use without having to buy what you have to pay more)

    Unable to install Internet Explorer on a PS3, because Microsoft has not released a version of IE which is compatible with OS property of the PS3.
