How do I get my browser to read foreign language sites?

After going through all the tutorials and change all settings (basic) in two languages to my PC and my browser (s) still gibberish to me in some sections of the foreign language (particularly Korea) websites. What to do? I tried it all. Explorer is loaded, but not Firefox. I think it has something to do with the filter code?

    should be an icon that says translate the page if you search in search engines or directories

    You must go to Microsoft website and download the language pack specific. Change the language setting on your PC does not help you, because you can not read Chinese, Japanese Lyrics, Korean. If you need translation, download or something Multitranse

    If you can google firefox Mozilla Add-ons and find one of these things, but if I recommend you do not download

    When you access the language settings on your computer, there is a check box from right to left languages, they are not really a language that reads from left to right. He asked that the disk if languages are not installed. If they are not. . just selected. Then select the language you want to activate.
