Question by Jordan: How do i get internet explorer to stop running in No Add-Ons mode when all the add-ons are enabled?
Internet Explorer was running randomly in no add-ons mode. I’ve done the whole thing to add on, and it still say the yellow bar at the bottom of the pop top “Internet Explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled”.

Open IE. Click on Tools, select Manage Add Ons, Then click Enable or Disable Add-ons.
