How can I return to Internet Explorer 7 Internet Explorer 8?

I recently downloaded Internet Explorer 8 and it is worse and my internet is slow. Ai Try to download Internet Explorer 7 again, but my team said is not compatible with it. How do I download new Internet Explorer and get rid of Internet Explorer 8 and get it in July? I suppose it is called disqualification?
