How can I keep my chromed wheels of decomposition?

4 on the game, I cleaned the two are rotten and chrome peeling. The worst are very good, but how can I stop corrossion what I can do to protect them?

    Polish, polish, polish, but if the chrome is peeling which is a sign of poor work and chromium there is no solution for this.
