I answered this three other times today alone. You’re lucky number three to get basically the same response. I hope you don’t take any offence if I just paste what I wrote the last time. I’m just doing it to save time.
After watching the video(s), you can either copy the file(s) from your browser temp directory to some more convenient directory or you could use some site like http://keepvid.com to download the files directly.
Once you download the file(s), transcode to MPEG4. You can do this in two steps. First, transcode with RIVA FLV Encoder:

Afterwards, transcode to MPEG4 using some program like SUPER or 3GP Converter:

You can switch the language of 3GP Converter from Japanese to something else by executing the `setup.exe`.
Once you have the MPEG4 file(s), simply add them to your iTunes library. Sync your iPod.
go to the youtube video. copy the Url this thing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvZkrtAHAnA
then go to KeepVid*com turn the * into a .
paste the Url in the BLUE box
then download it to your computer
inport it into iTunes
in your tool bar you will see “Advanced”
in that click make “iPod version” and your done!
