Can I connect to Internet Explorer, but Firefox and other programs online usually, what can I do?

I tried everything to change the proxy settings to turn off and restart my router and DSL connection. Internet Explorer works until I try to connect to my e-mail or anything related newspaper. I can not access web pages and view streaming video. record programs work with Firefox and my usual instant messaging in practice is the same thing for online games. Does anyone know what the problem?

    so you can surf all the pages on the right, make sure you try the new pages that are not stored in the caché.ingresar should not require a report or anything, so if you can use on all web pages, while other programs and games must work
