I use the phone over a To buy month. Everything is good except for the battery. It’s never me any warning, just shut the phone off when the battery is out. The volume is very limited with other type of phone from Nokia comparison. I like the Nokia N95 NAM version that I had was the battery life longer and the sound was much better. I paid only $ 240 for the Nokia 5800 compared with $ 600 for the N95, so I should not complain.

This is an AT & T/T- Mobile compatible mobile phone, home, wireless connect to the Internet to work, and other WiFi hot spots, one with a touchscreen, so no real estate is wasted on the keyboards and one can easily choose links and buttons and the like. I researched it for some time and I’m not disappointed. It is smaller than the iPhone (large plus), though a little thicker.

And the best part is I have not the support for proprietary A-GPS, or a different pay plan to use it. It’s all free. The Nokia 5530 does not have GPS.
I never have been necessary to use the pen or anything else with this phone. I use my fingers.

I have the 5800 and use it for 6 months. I bought the phone picked first because I wanted a feature-rich phone and an unlocked phone that allows me more freedom than standard subsidized mobile phones. I took a risk and bought the unseen 5800th Part of my decision on the product information and in part to the incredible price of these specifications is based. I have not heard it regrets.I last six months and I have have a hard time put down this phone LOL
Heres a few of my thoughts and a few tips and tricks.
Call quality is excellent. voices sound more clearly without or tinny distorted sound. The speakerphone, which I often use very well. A lot of people see and are ready to set with subpar quality, if the phone does not look sexy, and is quick with lots of eye candy. I. I use my mobile phone on talk. So the quality is still the most important thing for me.
Connectivity …. Transferring data using the Nokia collection of software is a breeze. The USB works fine. I use it transfer all the time about music, pictures etc to and from my PC. I also use it on my phone content and back when synching activities.
Bluetooth works decently. The only problem I have with it is that it does not seem to have experienced the education with other phones. I like to choose when you use a Bluetooth headset voice. That’s the whole point of being “hands free”
User Interface and performance …. I know that Symbian is obsolete and gets ragged on. I do not care. I know it does’nt have the clarity of an iPhone or the feast of Android, but the operating system Symbian OS to 5800 works well for me. For me, a stable, mature and easy to use UI. Good apps, both free and paid are abundant all over the internet.

I’m really impressed with this phone. This is not an iphone so do not expect the features of an iPhone. The name Nokia even gives you the assurance that the phone to a good Quality has and it him. The phone has great features such as wireless, very good camera (two cameras), touchscreen, and many applications. There is Nokia Ovi Maps, in which the access to maps at any time even if your phone is not with the Internet built connected. You have to go online and download the maps for your state that you want. It has one month GPS included. The touch screen is not bad, but sometimes you need to finger tip to use than the area to touch are small. Once the phone, you have the software or you will update with weaker hands and weaker sensitivity to touch. The update was not easy, as the settings were all wrong. I had to Google the correct settings before I could update. The calendar is a good property, but it looks like a calendar weaker compared to previous versions of this phone. You have to click Options, and open to go give this dialer. This makes it difficult when you dial a customer service numbers. Overall, this is aa very good phone with many features and a trusted brand. The weakness is the touch is not very intuitive.
