(NYSE: N), a leading provider of on-demand, integrated business management software suites for mid-sized companies and divisions of large companies, today announced its support for the Google Chrome Browser, a new Open source browser to the Web faster, safer and easier. support as the first business application with native support for iPhone and Firefox 3.0 (announced in July), NetSuite continues to focus on innovation around the latest browser technology and is also one of the first business applications to Google Chrome. In addition to NetSuite CRM, Ecommerce and accounting software products, OpenAir – a NetSuite company and a leader in on-demand professional services automation software – also added support for the new Google Chrome browser.

Since it is optimized for Web 2.0, the new Google Chrome Browser enhances the performance speed for AJAX-powered type features of NetSuite, such as eXtreme list editing,-ahead lookups, rich text editing, drag and drop and quick-add portlets. OpenAir experiences similar performance gains for dynamic workflows, such as assigning project resources and managing project tasks. NetSuite and OpenAir support three other Web browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. Availability

NetSuite support for Google Chrome is now being rolled out in phases to customers. After the rollout by mid-October, all NetSuite and OpenAir functionality complete with the latest release of Google Chrome work. Google’s Chrome browser as a new version is still in beta version and is not due for full release of Google.
