Internet browsers are software applications, like a shutter that opens and gives you exposure to the information on the global network called the Internet can access. To use Google or Yahoo or other websites that you need to get through the tunnel for the Internet browser to go so this use, that makes this an essential application.
First Internet-browser has his appearance before the world to 1991st When Tim Berners-Lee introduced the first browser called Worldwide Web, it was the threshold of new beginning for several technologies. They had developed the NeXT computer NeXT, which later become famous in Apple Macintosh series converted. This NeXT Computer was the world’s first web server. Worldwide Web used to hypertext transfer and exchange of information. Then come next was the NCSA Mosaic, which began the era of graphical browsers. But get too far Mosaic instead it was turned into a famous company called Netscape. Netscape introduced browser called Netscape Navigator in 1994 and it became a wildfire success. See the enthusiasm as Microsoft could sit back and watch the spectacle. Microsoft introduced its Internet Explorer called Ace in 1995. This introduction initiates the browser wars. Microsoft, which is a kind of monopoly on operating systems market enjoyed during this period resulted in Internet Explorer as a free tool together with its operating system, Microsoft Windows 95, and thus the famous Arch – rivalry began between Microsoft and Netscape. Versions for both versions were introduced by the Internet browser to capture the maximum market share. Then came the year 1998, which has this famous famous rivalry with the United States changed antitrust case against Microsoft after all. Netscape was washed from the market and Internet Explorer, the new definition of web browser. Over 94% of people surfing the Internet using Internet Explorer until 2004 when the open-source web browser called Mozilla Firefox entered the market and problems began to Microsoft. Microsoft’s market share is reduced greatly and Firefox started spreading like wildfire. Opera also converted to the current Web-surfing and practices were put on the market. And was to enter the latest Google’s answer, Chrome. Chrome is an open source web browser, and now there are several strong competitors in the browser market. Firefox and Chrome have a significant battle for Internet Explorer. So now only time can predict which browser is the winner of this browser war. We have to keep as a consumer to a guard on all the updated versions and upgrades provided in them, so we can get the most of their competitors.
