Clear Your Internet Browser’s Cache. . . . ie, Firefox, Etc


There are times when you will need to clear your internet browser’s cache.   If you aren’t sure what this means, it’s clearing out your history, your cookies, and other saved files like the pictures that have been downloaded on various sites.   It’s something that many do on a regular basis. If you are using the Firefox browser, clearing out your cache is pretty easy.   You have to go to the top and click on Tools.   There will be an option in the drop down box that says Clear Private Data.   This will make a box pop up.   You can check all the boxes but the one to clear your passwords.   Once you continue on, the browser’s cache will be deleted.   All the history and cookies will be removed from your machine. If you are running Internet Explorer, the process is a bit different.   Start off by hitting Tools at the top of the screen.   Use the drop down box until you find your Internet Options and click on that.   This will bring up a small command box that you can use.   There will be a button on there that says Delete Files.   If you press this, it will confirm if you really want to delete your internet files.   If you hit OK, the process is done. If you are using another browser, there are many online tutorials that will show you how to do this on your preferred browser.
