Skyfire App Questions?

Question by : Skyfire App Questions?
Ik that it might be choppy and stuff, but the problem is costing $ 10 per month. Is it really cost $ 10 per month? i downloaded it on my ipod. If so, how can I prevent it from collecting $ 10 a month?

If you are referring to the Skyfire browser for iOS devices, the cost is usually a one-time payment of $ 2.99 (or $ 4.99 for the iPad version), paid on download from the iTunes store. You are never charged again. Sometimes the App is on sale for even a bit less.

On Android, the basic browser is free, but to unlock the Video translation and optimization service costs $ 1.99 as an in-app purchase after a few days of free trial.

Skyfire saves you money by letting you watch up to 4x more video without going over your capped data plan, as most Wireless Carriers now have tiers, caps, and overage charges. Most carriers charge $ 10 a month, or $ 120 a year, if you watch too much video. Skyfire for $ 2.99 optimizes videos for your small screen, so they play faster, smoother, and use up 75% less of your data quota.

On the monthly cost, you may be thinking of a rival app called iSwifter, which charges $ 4.99 a month. That’s not Skyfire.

Skyfire has been downloaded over 8 million times so you know it’s a popular service.

Question by WASEEM MOHABBAT ALI: Can I get any web browser that can play flash videos in it without installing Flash Player?
I have no administrative power in my office computer, so I can not install Flash Player. Anyone can recommend a web browser that do not need to install Flash Player for playing videos in it? Thanks in advance.

get a flash drive if you dont have one already and download firefox portable (http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable). Then open it up on your computer and go to a site that needs flash. Download flash (which will download it to your flash drive). Now you can just pop it in at the work computer and go to flash sites! I do this at my college all the time.
