
My opinion on the marketing campaign for the browser game Evony. Evony is a browser-based massively multiplayer online strategy with over 10 million players. They grew very quickly after its launch less than a year ago. Evony is a strategy game browser MMO which was launched in spring 2009. It has grown faster than any browser game I’ve seen, and now has over 10 million players in 130 different servers. Most servers with about 200,000 players. The game is similar to the old strategy games like Travian and tribalwars browser that you start with people who are supposed to grow into an empire in the construction and production of its own resources, as well as looting and conquest of its neighbors.
